Do I need to book?
Booking is not required but we do advise booking in advance to avoid disappointment in case we are fully booked.
Do you have parking?
We have very limited parking to the side and rear of our centre. There is some on-road parking available but please be advised that the surrounding roads have double yellow lines and normal parking regulations apply. We ask our customers to please be considerate when parking and avoid any designated private parking at surrounding businesses.
What are your openings hours? We are open Mon-Fri 9:30am-3:15pm and Sat-Sun 9:30am-5:15pm subject to private hire bookings.
How long can I stay?
Our sessions are 1 hour and 45 minutes long starting at 9:30am, 11:30am and 1:30pm with an extra 3:30pm session at weekends (subject to private hire bookings). You’re welcome to arrive and leave at any time during the session.
Do you serve food?
Yes, we have our very own Den Café open 9:30am until 5:30pm serving a variety of hot and cold food options and our small café at the front serves cakes, snacks and drinks.
Do you cater to allergies/dietary requirements?
Absolutely, we cater to a wide variety of dietary needs and allergies, please ask the staff during your visit and we’ll accommodate where possible.
Can I bring my own food?
We do not allow food to be brought into the premises.
What is your age range?
Our soft play is suitable for 0-9 year olds with a variety of equipment, toys, a trampoline track and a play frame with slides. There is also a 0-3y area with a ball pit.
What are your prices?
Our prices can be found on our ‘Prices’ section, these are subject to peak/off peak times.
Does my child need to wear socks?
All children and supervising adults using the soft play MUST wear socks due to health and safety risks, particularly the risk of injury when using the slides.
